Mink, EdD, is a faculty mentor in both the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) and the Educational Leadership and Change (ELC) Doctoral Programs at Fielding Graduate University. She serves as the Director of and faculty member in Community College Leadership and Change concentration. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Austin Community College District. She was first elected to the Board in 2000 and served as Board President, 2004-2006. Dr. Mink was re-elected (Board members in Texas must run and be elected through public election) to a second 6-year term, 2006-2012. She currently serves as the President of the Texas Association of Community College Trustees and Administrators. Dr. Mink has both taught in community colleges and served as a senior administrator. She holds an EdD in Higher Education, a master's degree in mathematics and education, and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and geology all from Duke University. She is the author or co-author of nine books and numerous articles and professional workbooks related to leadership and organizational change and as done international consulting for over 30 years in these areas. Dr. Mink is active in regional educational planning as a member of the Board of Directors of Envision Central Texas (ECT).
